Max Power Magazines

Max Power was a UK-based automotive magazine that focused primarily on the modified car culture. Launched in 1993, it became iconic for its coverage of customized cars, high-performance vehicles, and street racing culture. The magazine also featured in-depth reviews of car modifications, technical guides, product reviews, and showcased car shows and events from the UK and around the world.

At the height of its popularity in the late 1990s and early 2000s, Max Power was closely associated with the “boy racer” subculture, covering everything from souped-up hatchbacks to flashy body kits and bold, often controversial, designs. It also became known for its blend of motorsports content and lifestyle features, which often included photo spreads of models, creating a distinctive, edgy vibe.
