Original Classic Rock Magazine – October 2004, Issue 71.

This issue is heavily focused on Rush, with the legendary Canadian progressive rock band dominating the cover and receiving a major feature inside. The cover highlights Neil Peart, Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson, including a retrospective on the band’s history, the return of Rush, and a notable Neil Peart interview.

The contents shown in the photographs also feature a strong selection of major rock and metal names, including Blind Melon, Steve Harley, Twisted Sister, Melissa Auf der Maur, Ozzfest, Megadeth, Van Halen, Dio, Deep Purple, Motörhead, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Status Quo, The Who, Marillion, Cheap Trick, Pearl Jam and more.

There is also a substantial prog rock section covering bands such as Yes, Rush, Genesis, Jethro Tull, Camel, King Crimson, Porcupine Tree, Anathema, Opeth, Amplifier, Blackfield, The Flower Kings and others.

A particularly strong issue for collectors of Rush memorabilia, classic rock magazines, progressive rock, heavy metal and early-2000s music press.
