Fast Car Magazine July 2001 Issue 187 Peugeot 106 GTi Katie & Katie SKU 1557

Original Fast Car Magazine – July 2001, Issue 187, a great period modified-car magazine packed with early-2000s tuning culture, custom builds, show cars, performance features and model photography.

The front cover is dominated by a heavily modified Peugeot 106 GTi, described as a “golden wonder”, with Katie & Katie also featured prominently. This is a particularly strong issue for collectors of late-1990s/early-2000s modified car culture.

Visible features and cars include:

• Peugeot 106 GTi – main cover car
• BMW 318i
• Ford Escort XR3i
• Volkswagen Corrado
• Vauxhall Corsa 2.0 16V
• Subaru Impreza / “Scooby”
• Volkswagen Mk1 Golf
• PT Cruiser
• ICE / in-car entertainment installations
• GTI show coverage
• Milton Keynes cruise
• Castle Combe track day
• Pirelli in Barcelona
• Readers’ rides
• Model pages featuring Katie & Katie

The contents pages show a very typical early-2000s Fast Car mix of modified hatchbacks, body kits, performance upgrades, wheels, styling, show reports, ICE installations and cruising culture.
