Condition

Pre-owned condition. Please study all supplied photographs carefully as they form part of the condition description.

Visible condition points include:

• Noticeable edge and corner wear to the outer cover.
• The lower-left front corner shows creasing and a small tear/split.
• The lower-right front corner is also slightly bent/creased.
• General light scuffing and surface marks are visible across the front cover.
• The top edge shows minor rubbing and slight waviness.
• The reverse has visible wear around the top edge and corners.
• There is some light surface scratching/rubbing to the darker back cover.
• Internal calendar pages shown remain attached.
• The pages have some natural curvature and light handling wear.
• No major tears are visible on the photographed July or October spreads.
• The calendar appears to retain its original hanging hole at the bottom edge of the cover.

Overall this is a used but still very presentable example, with the most obvious wear concentrated around the outer cover edges and corners.
