Maxim Magazine 2014 Hometown Hotties Calendar Glamour Models Collectors Edition

Original Maxim Magazine 2014 Hometown Hotties Calendar, a large-format promotional/collector publication built around Maxim’s Hometown Hotties glamour-model feature.

The front has a glossy full-page photograph of two models in black swimwear, with the central decorative title “2014 MAXIM Hometown Hotties Calendar.” It has a much more photographic, premium presentation than a conventional diary-style calendar and was clearly designed around large model imagery.

Inside, each month combines a full-page glamour photograph with a narrow calendar/date column. The photographed examples show:

• January 2014 – model credited on the page as Grace, Orlando, Florida, photographed in black swimwear on a beach/sand setting. The page also contains a short printed personal quote.
• April 2014 – model credited as Christine, Dallas, Texas, photographed outdoors against trees/foliage in black swimwear.
• The final overview spread displays thumbnail images for all twelve months from January through December, showing that the calendar contains a different glamour photograph for each month.
• A final group photograph features the calendar models together beside a swimming pool with MAXIM branding beneath.

The calendar has a fold-out style construction, with the monthly pages opening vertically to create a larger portrait-format image while the dates run down the side. This makes it particularly attractive as a surviving piece of 2010s Maxim memorabilia, especially for collectors of Maxim magazine supplements, glamour photography and Hometown Hotties material.

The photography is predominantly swimwear/bikini based and presented in Maxim’s familiar polished glamour-editorial style, with beach, pool and outdoor settings.

CONDITION

Pre-owned / used condition.

Overall the calendar presents well, with strong colour, glossy imagery and clearly readable printing.

There is visible general handling and storage wear, including light edge rubbing, small corner bends/creases and minor surface marks. The front has some slight waviness/curling from storage rather than sitting completely flat.

Because of the original calendar construction, there is a horizontal centre fold across the monthly pages. This is part of the way the calendar opens, although some additional handling wear can be seen along the folded areas.

The outer edges and corners show minor knocks and compression, particularly around the lower corners. There are also occasional small marks and light rubbing to the darker areas of the pages.

The photographed interior pages appear securely attached and usable, and the January, April and twelve-month overview pages remain clean and clearly presented. No major tears, missing sections or detached pages are apparent from the supplied photographs.

A good surviving collector example with normal age/storage wear rather than a mint copy. Please study all supplied photographs carefully as they form an important part of the condition description.
