Official Nintendo Magazine Animal Crossing Wii Poster 2008 Retro SKU 1534

Original Official Nintendo Magazine fold-out poster featuring Animal Crossing: Let’s Go to the City for Nintendo Wii.

This is a large double-sided Nintendo promotional poster with a full-colour Animal Crossing: Let’s Go to the City design on one side and an Animal Crossing Planner on the reverse. The poster itself identifies the artwork as a “Retro poster!” and states Game: Animal Crossing: Let’s Go To The City / Format: Wii / Year: 2008.

ANIMAL CROSSING POSTER SIDE

The main display side is dominated by the Animal Crossing: Let’s Go to the City logo surrounded by a colourful leafy design.

The artwork includes:

• Large Animal Crossing: Let’s Go to the City title logo
• Two player/avatar characters prominently positioned at the bottom
• Numerous Animal Crossing villagers throughout the town
• Tom Nook
• K.K. Slider
• Town buildings and shops
• Bus and transport imagery
• Trees, flowers, apples and other classic Animal Crossing scenery
• Bright blue sky and town landscape
• Official Nintendo branding

The overall design has the colourful, friendly visual style strongly associated with the Wii-era Animal Crossing games and would make a particularly nice display piece for an Animal Crossing or Nintendo collector.

REVERSE – ANIMAL CROSSING PLANNER

The reverse is an Animal Crossing Planner with Nintendo 3DS branding.

It features a colourful Animal Crossing landscape filled with characters, buildings and scenery, together with separate writing/planning areas labelled:

June
July
August
September
October
November
December

The planner side also includes Animal Crossing character artwork incorporated behind and around the individual planning boxes.

This gives the piece an interesting dual purpose, with one side functioning as a large traditional game poster and the reverse as an Animal Crossing themed planner.

DATE

The poster itself clearly states Year 2008 for the Animal Crossing: Let’s Go to the City artwork.

A specific day and month are not visible on the supplied images, so I would not add an invented full publication date to the listing.

APPROXIMATE SIZE

From the measurement guide visible beside the poster, it appears to measure approximately:

90 cm tall x around 55–60 cm wide

Measurements are approximate.

CONDITION

Pre-owned / vintage gaming collectible condition.

Visible condition points from the photographs include:

• Multiple original fold lines running horizontally and vertically across the poster.
• Noticeable fold creasing from having originally been stored folded.
• Some light edge and corner wear.
• Minor handling marks and surface wear consistent with age.
• Some small wrinkles/creases around the fold intersections.
• The poster remains generally flat when opened.
• Printing remains bright, colourful and highly presentable.
• The Animal Crossing artwork remains clear and attractive.
• No major section appears to be missing from the photographed poster.

As this is a large paper collectible from a magazine, buyers should expect normal signs of folding and storage rather than a completely flat, mint poster.

Please study all photographs carefully as they form an important part of the condition description.

IMPORTANT – MAGAZINE / ORIGINAL EXTRAS

This listing is for the Animal Crossing fold-out poster shown in the photographs only.

The original Official Nintendo Magazine is no longer included.

Any magazines, discs, leaflets, gifts, inserts, promotional items or other accessories that may originally have accompanied this poster are not included unless specifically shown in the listing photographs.
