Original Zoo Magazine, Issue 58, dated 18-24 March 2005, featuring Abi Titmuss prominently on the front cover.

This issue has a strong mid-2000s men’s magazine format, combining glamour/model features, football, entertainment, film and general lifestyle material. The front cover heavily promotes Abi Titmuss alongside a 16-page Lucy & Michelle special and a feature on the “20 Sexiest Real Girls”.

Inside, the photographed contents pages show a broad mix of features including the Zoo Football Fans’ Census 2005, football coverage, film and TV, music, jokes and regular weekly sections. The issue also contains a substantial Abi Titmuss feature, with a large double-page photographic spread and accompanying interview/questions feature.

A further photographed section shows the Lucy & Michelle 16-page pull-out/special, with the pair presented together across a large colour feature. This appears to be an integral pull-out feature within the magazine rather than a separate loose poster, so I have not described it as a poster.

Other visible themes and features include:

  • Star Wars / Episode III coverage
  • Football fan survey and league discussion
  • Film, television and music coverage
  • Regular Zoo news, sport and humour sections
  • Glamour/model photography throughout
  • Lucy & Michelle extended special feature

Condition

Pre-owned vintage magazine with visible signs of age and use.

From the supplied photographs, the magazine appears complete and readable, but there is noticeable general handling wear. The front cover shows edge and corner wear, including rubbing along the spine and outer edges, small creases and surface marks. There is also a clear diagonal crease/fold running through the lower-right area of the front cover, particularly noticeable across the Abi Titmuss image and lower cover text.

The spine shows some rubbing and light compression consistent with previous reading/storage. Internal pages show light age-related handling, minor waviness and occasional edge wear, but the photographed pages remain well presented with strong colour and clear printing. The rear cover also shows light rubbing/handling wear around the edges.

Please study all supplied photographs carefully, as they form an important part of the condition description.
