Zoo Poster Gemma Atkinson Sammy Braddy Double Sided Fold-Out BB002

Original ZOO-branded double-sided fold-out item featuring Gemma Atkinson on one side and Sammy Braddy on the reverse.

One side features Gemma Atkinson in a full-length glamour studio photograph against a pale neutral background. She is clearly identified by the large “ZOO GEMMA ATKINSON” branding in the upper-right corner. The photograph uses the familiar bold red-and-black ZOO graphic styling and presents Atkinson centrally across the majority of the sheet.

The reverse features Sammy Braddy, again clearly identified by the printed “ZOO SAMMY BRADDY” heading in the upper-left corner. This side uses a close-up glamour portrait with a predominantly pale background and the same distinctive ZOO red-and-black masthead treatment. Portions of the original image have been censored in the supplied sales photograph.

This is clearly a large folding poster-style insert, rather than a standard magazine page. It has both prominent horizontal and vertical factory-style fold lines, allowing the large sheet to have originally been stored folded down to a smaller size. The measuring reference visible alongside the photographs indicates the unfolded item is approximately 60 cm in height, although no exact width measurement is supplied.

The two different named subjects on opposite sides make this particularly appealing as a piece of ZOO magazine memorabilia, as well as to collectors of Gemma Atkinson and Sammy Braddy material.

Condition

Pre-owned condition with visible signs of previous folding, handling and storage.

There are strong horizontal and vertical fold lines running through the sheet, including a central vertical fold and a prominent horizontal fold across approximately the middle. Additional folding is visible lower down, consistent with the poster having been stored folded.

The central vertical fold shows some creased and slightly stressed areas, with small dark marks/possible tiny wear points visible at sections of the fold. There is also general wrinkling and light surface creasing around the fold intersections.

The edges and corners show light handling/storage wear, including slight waviness and minor curling. The lower edge is not completely flat when laid out, particularly around the central fold area. Some light surface marks and minor discolouration/age-related toning are visible against the pale background.

The Gemma Atkinson side also shows noticeable fold impressions through the printed image, while the Sammy Braddy side has similar folding and handling wear. I cannot see any major section missing from either side in the supplied photographs.

Overall, it presents as a complete-looking vintage fold-out item with noticeable fold and handling wear, rather than a pristine unfolded example. Condition assessment is based solely on the two supplied photographs.
